About NK Cleaning Co. — A Licensed Dubai Maid Service

NK Cleaning Co. is the trading name of Noor Kasur Cleaning Services Co., a cleaning company licensed by the Dubai Department of Economic Development for Building Cleaning Services under licence number 1109962. That licence is the single most important thing on this page, and it is worth explaining why.

A great deal of the cleaning work advertised in Dubai is done by individuals working outside any licence. It is cheaper, and it puts the household at risk: there is no insurance, no accountability if something is broken or goes missing, and under UAE rules the resident who engages an unsponsored worker can be fined. Booking through a licensed company removes all of that. The maid is our employee. Her paperwork, her training and her conduct are our responsibility, not yours.

How we work

We are deliberately small and local. Rather than claiming to cover all of Dubai, we concentrate on the southern and eastern communities — Dubailand, Silicon Oasis, Meydan, Nad Al Sheba, Mirdif, Al Warqa and the villa communities around Arabian Ranches and The Villa. Our maids live near the homes they clean. They are not crossing the city in traffic, so they arrive when we said they would, and we do not pass a travel charge on to you.

We also keep the commercial side simple. One rate, AED 35 per hour, published on our prices page. A two-hour minimum. The full total confirmed on WhatsApp before a booking exists. No packages, no credit systems, no membership, no cancellation traps.

Our maids

• Employed under our trade licence — not freelancers we introduce to you.
• Background-checked before their first customer visit.
• Trained on the products and surfaces common in Dubai homes: marble, hard water limescale, and the fine dust that gets into everything.
• Briefed on confidentiality. Our maids do not photograph, record or discuss a customer’s home.
• Assigned to the same customers on repeat bookings, so they learn a home rather than start again each week.

What we promise

• The quoted price is the price. Nothing is added at the end of the visit.
• On time. If a maid is running late you hear from us before the start time, not after it.
• Fixed same day. If something is missed, tell us that day and we return and redo it free.
• No lock-in. Weekly bookings can be paused or stopped with 48 hours’ notice, at any time, for any reason.

What we will not do

We do not supply live-in or sponsored maids, nannies or childcare, pest control, AC duct cleaning, external high-rise window cleaning or pool maintenance. If you ask for those we will say no and, where we can, point you to someone licensed for that work. We would rather turn down a job than do it badly.
