Dubai is hard on a home. The water is hard enough to leave limescale on glass within weeks, fine desert dust gets through every window seal, and kitchen extractors fill with grease faster than in a cooler climate. A regular weekly tidy keeps a home presentable; a deep clean is what actually removes all of that.
The difference is not the products, it is the time and the scope. A deep clean needs long enough for a descaler to sit on the shower glass while the oven is being done, and then to come back to it. That is why a two-hour hourly visit can never produce a deep-clean result — and why we do not price deep cleaning by the hour at all.
Instead, deep cleaning is a fixed price for the whole property. You know the total before we start, and it does not change if the job takes longer than we expected. Our team stays until the agreed scope is finished.
Most customers book a deep clean once or twice a year, before or after Ramadan, when moving in, or after builders or a long summer away.
What is included in a deep clean
- Kitchen degrease — oven inside and out, hob and burner rings, extractor hood and filter, splashback, inside and outside of cupboards, fridge exterior and seals.
- Bathroom descale — shower glass and screens, taps, shower heads, tiles and grout, toilet inside the rim and behind the base, extractor vents.
- Inside cupboards and wardrobes — emptied where you ask, wiped and put back tidy.
- High and low dust — ceiling fans, light fittings, air-conditioning vent covers, door frames, skirting and behind furniture that can be moved safely.
- Windows and glass inside — internal glass, tracks and sills, sliding door channels where balcony dust collects.
- Floors — vacuumed, then washed with the correct product for marble, ceramic, vinyl or wood.
- Balcony — swept, washed and railings wiped.

When a deep clean is worth it
- Moving in or out. See move in / move out cleaning for handover-standard work.
- After a summer away. Three months of closed windows and standing dust needs more than a wipe.
- Before Ramadan or Eid. Our busiest deep-clean weeks — book early.
- After maintenance or painting. Fine dust settles everywhere and needs washing, not brushing.
- Before hosting. One good deep clean, then short weekly visits to hold it.

Deep cleaning is charged as one fixed price for the whole property, not by the hour — the team stays until it is finished. Satisfaction guaranteed: if anything is missed, tell us the same day and we come back free of charge. Regular hourly maid visits remain AED 35 per hour with a two-hour minimum.

How much is a deep clean in Dubai?
Deep cleaning is a fixed price for the whole property, not an hourly rate. It starts at AED 350 for a studio apartment, AED 450 for a 1-bedroom, AED 550 for a 2-bedroom, AED 650 for a 3-bedroom apartment or townhouse, AED 800 for a 3-bedroom villa and AED 1,100 for a 4-bedroom villa. Larger villas are quoted on WhatsApp.
How long does a deep clean take?
Roughly four hours for a one-bedroom apartment, five to six for a two or three bedroom, and six to twelve for a villa. Because the price is fixed per property, the hours are our problem rather than yours — the team stays until the agreed scope is done.
Do you use your own chemicals for a deep clean?
Most customers prefer we use their own products, which keeps the price down. For deep cleaning we can bring proper descaler and degreaser instead — just tell us when you book and we will confirm the arrangement.
Will a deep clean remove old limescale and grout stains?
Nearly always, yes. Very old grout that has been left for years may lighten rather than come back to white. We will tell you what to expect before we start rather than after.
Can I book a deep clean for tomorrow?
Often yes. We keep same-day and next-day slots open where a maid is free in your area. Weekend and pre-Eid slots go fastest, so message us as early as you can.
