This Privacy Policy explains how Noor Kasur Cleaning Services Co., trading as NK Cleaning Co. (“NK Cleaning”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you visit nkcleaningco.com, message us on WhatsApp, call us, or book a maid service in Dubai.

We are a cleaning company licensed by the Dubai Department of Economic Development for Building Cleaning Services under licence number 1109962, with operations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

1. Information we collect

We only collect the information we need to quote for, arrange and deliver a cleaning visit.

Information you give us

• Contact details — your name, mobile number, WhatsApp number and email address.
• Booking details — your address or community in Dubai, property type, number of bedrooms, the date and time you want, the number of hours booked and any access instructions you choose to share.
• Service preferences — cleaning products to be used, areas of the home to prioritise, pets in the property, and any special requests.
• Correspondence — messages you send us by WhatsApp, SMS, email or through a form on this website, including feedback and complaints.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page and the pages you view on this website.
• Usage data — how you arrived at the site, how long you stay and which links or buttons you click, collected through cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy.

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, copies of your Emirates ID, passport, bank card numbers, bank account details or passwords. We do not process card payments on this website.

2. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and give you an accurate price before a booking is confirmed.
• To schedule your visit and assign a suitable maid to your area.
• To contact you about your booking — confirmations, arrival times, delays or changes.
• To arrange repeat or weekly visits and, where you ask for it, send the same maid each time.
• To handle complaints, re-cleans and any claim relating to a visit.
• To keep records required for our accounting and for our trade licence obligations in the UAE.
• To improve the website, our service areas and the information we publish.
• To send you service messages. We only send marketing or promotional messages where you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” on WhatsApp or emailing us.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Depending on the situation, we rely on:

• Performance of a contract — to deliver the cleaning service you booked.
• Your consent — for optional marketing messages and non-essential cookies, which you may withdraw at any time.
• Legitimate interests — to run, secure and improve our business, and to prevent fraud or misuse.
• Legal obligation — where UAE law requires us to keep certain records.

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only where it is necessary:

• Our cleaning staff — the maid assigned to your booking receives your first name, address, access notes and the agreed scope of work.
• Service providers — website hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers who process data on our instructions under confidentiality obligations.
• WhatsApp / Meta Platforms — when you message us through WhatsApp, your message is handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy terms as well as ours.
• Professional advisers and authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information to a UAE government body, regulator, court or law enforcement agency.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers store data on servers outside the United Arab Emirates. Where personal data is transferred outside the UAE, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection, consistent with UAE data protection law.

6. How long we keep information

• Enquiries that do not become bookings — up to 12 months.
• Booking and customer records — for the duration of the relationship and then as long as required for accounting, tax and legal purposes under UAE law.
• Website analytics — generally up to 26 months in aggregated or pseudonymised form.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

7. How we protect your information

We use access controls, device passcodes, encrypted messaging channels and a limited-access policy so that only the people who need your details can see them. Our maids are briefed on confidentiality and are instructed never to photograph, record or discuss a customer’s home. No system is completely secure, but we take these obligations seriously and will notify you and the competent authority of a personal data breach where the law requires it.

8. Your rights

Subject to UAE law, you may ask us to:

• Confirm what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it.
• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delete information we no longer need to keep.
