Landlords and property managers in Dubai inspect a property before returning a security deposit, and cleaning is the item most often deducted for. A move out clean is booked to pass that inspection: everything empty, everything wiped, nothing left in a cupboard or behind a door.
A move in clean is the same work in reverse. Even a newly handed-over unit carries construction dust in the AC vents, on top of wardrobes and inside kitchen cabinets. Cleaning it before your furniture arrives is far easier than cleaning around it afterwards.
We work around removal companies. If your movers finish at 4pm, we can start at 4pm; if the villa is empty from Friday, we can clean on Friday.
What is included in a move in / move out clean
- Inside every cupboard and wardrobe — the first thing an inspector opens.
- Kitchen — oven inside and out, hob, extractor filter, all cabinet interiors and fronts, sink and drainer descaled, behind and beside appliances where reachable.
- Bathrooms — limescale off glass, taps and shower heads, grout scrubbed, toilets sanitised, cabinets emptied and wiped.
- Walls and doors — scuffs and marks spot-cleaned, door frames, handles and switch plates wiped.
- AC vent covers, ceiling fans and light fittings — dusted and wiped.
- Windows, sills and sliding tracks — internal glass and the channels where dust and sand collect.
- Balconies and terraces — swept and washed.
- Floors throughout — vacuumed then washed once the property is empty.

Getting the deposit back
- Book after the movers, not before. Cleaning an empty property takes less time and produces a much better result.
- Tell us about problem areas. A stained bath, a greasy extractor or a marked wall needs extra time on the clock — not a surprise on the day.
- Ask for the same-day check. If the inspection flags something we cleaned, tell us that day and we come back free under our re-clean guarantee.
- Do not forget the store and maid’s room. They are inspected too and are the most commonly missed rooms.
If the property has been empty for months or has heavy limescale, a full deep clean is the better booking.

Common questions about move in / move out clean
How much does move out cleaning cost in Dubai?
AED 35 per maid per hour with a two-hour minimum. A one-bedroom move-out clean of four to five hours is AED 100 to AED 175, and a villa handled by two maids over four hours is AED 280. You get the exact total on WhatsApp before booking.
Do you guarantee I will get my deposit back?
We cannot control what a landlord decides, but we clean to handover standard and if the inspection flags anything we cleaned, we return and redo it free of charge on the same day you tell us.
Should the property be empty before you clean?
Ideally yes. An empty property cleans faster, costs less and reaches everywhere. If furniture is still in place, tell us and we will quote realistically for what can be reached.
Do you clean the AC vents and filters?
We wipe AC vent covers and grilles. Full duct cleaning and filter replacement is specialist work handled by an AC contractor, not a cleaning company.
Can you clean late in the evening after my movers finish?
Yes. We work until 9:00 pm, seven days a week, at the same hourly rate. Tell us your handover time and we will fit around it.
